The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, today received at the headquarters of the Ministry, Mr. Oleksandr Voronin, who handed him copies of his credentials as the new Ukrainian ambassador to Algeria.
